The only services they offered were opposite to what I was told - they assaulted me, threw me to the ground with no reason, injured me, terrorized me and others that I saw there; They are bullies, ETC. I was told "they do emergency commitments to get insurance money." I felt they fraudulently acquired my insurance information, as they did not ask for my insurance card and I did not give it to them. I did not feel safe at all in their care. They invaded my privacy, grabbed me. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications - they acted like people who have a license to get away with assault and battery and any crime they want to commit. I tried to tell them and remind them why I came there, and they ignored me or bullied me or threatened to throw me in a room. They did not care about me. They hung up the phone on my family several times. I was completely and horribly distressed. I was unable to relax. I was later told that there are many law suits at this place, and would not ever recommend to anyone to go there. I was also told there are deaths and suicides there. My Doctor was very upset about this, and called them repeatedly. They refused to send my doctor the surveillance films for my doctor to review, but they refused to send them to my doctor though they kept them for 30 days.
