She always dresses professionally. When you first walk in there is a separate room for you to wait - very clean with some soft calming music playing. Once it is time for your appointment she welcomes you and welcomes you into her office. She is always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. She is very polite and starting conversations is easy. I was always comfortable talking about anything and also felt like I was being helped. She made a point to get to know you and your concerns. She helped me out in so many ways and I am very great full that I had seen her.
