I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all.
