Its been years ago since I visited Dr Kaplan's office. I was working at the Reagional One Hospital during the time. He was located on Pauline near Madison. I was referred to him by my PCP the late Dr William Faulkner I was complaining terrible back and hand pain which has worsen with age. Dr Kaplan was very attentive to my physical needs by explaining a probable diagnosis and what tests/procedures would be run. To make the long story short, I admired the fact that he told me that he was always available whenever I needed him he even gave me his home number and he called to follow up on any problems or questions I may have. Quite impressive I believe. Great Doctor and would recommend him to anyone who needs a Specialist.
