I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
