They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I appreciate that they've never over-treated my child. I've had some doctors that want to run really expensive tests or make you get an X-Ray for a very common illness, but they don't do that here. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed.
