It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They really made an effort to keep me out of pain while ensuring that my treatment was a success. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I couldn't wait to refer in friends and family! When you find a good acupuncturist, you stick with them and this one is GREAT! Everyone should visit this office.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was so impressed with how comfortable this office was. I wasn't freezing cold like most and they did everything to ensure I was satisfied! I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.
