Overall, i would have to say this was a "complete" experience. From the very beginning at the front desk i received a warm welcome greeting. The girl hung up my coat and got me a cappaccino from their expresso bar... not bad. the salon was very busy, so they must be doing something right. i had a color with autumn and a cut with viktoria. the consultation was done by both of them at the same time to ensure that they had the same plan for me to complete my "mini makeover." Glad to say that i got what i believe to be the best cut and color i have had in at least 20 years. maybe its because i feel that the look makes me feel younger. i was so pleased, i decided to stay and they were able to fit me in for their "none acetone" no chip manicure. they give you your own manicure kit and sterilize medically all of their metalic instruments for nails... being a germafobe like me, this was a huge selling point. i was given a goody bag with samples and coupons on my way out, and i set up an appointment for a "age smart" facial using their dermalogica products. can't wait to come back and get "zazafied" again.
