She graduated with honors and is currently a Clinical Member of the California Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, holds a BA in Communication and an MA in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University, and has completed film school at Los Angeles Film Studies Center. She has been a recurring guest speaker on Top 3 TV, at UCLA, conferences and other venues.
Arolyn has a passion for individuals in the Entertainment Industry. She has worked with numerous Industry professionals and is aware of the specific therapeutic issues that may arise.
She worked as a Social Worker for the Department of Children and Family Services for over 14 years and made a positive impact on the children and families that she served. While there, she was the Domestic Violence Liaison for the Pasadena area.
Arolyn taught Junior High and High school for about 9 years, and is successful in working with troubled youth and defiant teens. She is a Master Facilitator of Anger Management and Domestic Violence groups and is trained to facilitate group discussions as well as hold trainings on Alternatives to Violence. She is a Certified Adoption Specialist and is highly trained in the issues surrounding Birth parents, children and adoptive families. She is a Certified Mediator and is trained to mediate for individuals as well large corporations.
