Vern uses human touch to facilitate wellness. She runs with the philosophy and compassion of Natural Healers and believes the earth provides everything we need in order to heal, especially human touch.
She's a graduate from the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics in 2007, Licensed by the State of New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department, a Certified Professional by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB), affiliated with Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals, the Kinesio Association, trained in Myoskeletal Alignment Technique (MAT), trained in Integrated Manual Trigger Point Therapy (IMTPT) and a product consultant with doTerra (purely essential oils).
Her integrative approach uses various modalities based on each customer's individual needs and tolerance levels; for example, Light, Medium or Deep pressure, Hot Stones, Manual Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascia Release, Energy Balancing through Polarity Therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Rocking, Stretching, Heat and/or Ice, Herbal Packs or Essential Oils (she uses vegan creams and the purest of oils, the best intentions for her customers!!!). An integratation of any of these various techniques may be used to achieve optimal results.
Vern's practice is also mobile, this out-call therapeutic service allows her to setup Chair Massage and Table Massage on-site for Personal Wellness, Corporate and Community Events (i.e., in the comforts of one's home, tradeshows, festivals, company wellness programs, employee appreciation day programs, etc.)
