I specialize in anger management integrating directive, goal-oriented approaches and combining as necessary, the best tools from cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, interpersonal and mood regulation therapies. I value cultural difference highly and enjoy supporting those in recovery accompanying you during times of growth, grief, and change, both welcome and unwelcome. LGBT friendly.

Creating an open, supportive environment in which individuals can feel comfortable talking about everything including the therapy process itself enhances our work together. The psychotherapy process is most effective when done collaboratively, considering treatment options from a range of therapeutic modes and experience depending on your needs and the research support for any given method.
