I believe in the power of each individual to live and be well. My philosophy of healing involves mind-body-spirit, as they are all connected within us. I apply a variety of therapeutic and coaching techniques, with a major focus on cognitive-behavioral therapy, positive psychology and individual problem-solving, but I also employ a holistic approach with emphasis on breathwork, meditation, goal setting, and mindfulness. The therapeutic relationship is key to self awareness and the healing that can result.
