Lewisburg Yoga and Wellness Studio

Lewisburg Yoga and Wellness Studio was started by two friends who share the same vision. We want to provide a community space that every-body can come and be Happy, Healthy and Whole!
The Studio offers a variety of Yoga and ZUMBA classes with a wide range of class times. Plans to branch out to provide spinning, runners club, kick-boxing and special events are in the works. Classes that cover a large range of other modalities (eg: tai chi, belly dance, meditation, and reiki) are also part of our long term vision to make the Lewisburg Yoga and Wellness Studio a safe space to grow and nurture the Mind Body connection.

This is a great little yoga studio! My girlfriend and I have been going to Lisa's beginner class on Mondays for a few months now and it's been so much fun. The class sizes are small and Lisa is very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I highly recommend for anyone interested in trying yoga. They even have free mats and accessories for people to use if neccesary.
