It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I wish this provider would listen to me more. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. They answered many of my questions but I still need more information. I had a lot of trouble because the recepcionist are not that organize when I found out I owed them from one year ago and it was already on collection plus the fact they took a lot exams with out even need it , screw me big time... They just care for the money so ask questions be firm to let dr esposito that you only gonna get the treament he said you NEED and no more... . The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
