I provide short and long term treatment to help clients with a number of life problems including: ADHD, behavioral problems, parenting, step parenting, blending families, anger management, anxiety, phobias, martial conflict and premarital counseling, relationships and communication, social skills, military deployment, separation and reintegration, PTSD, Trauma, Abuse, domestic violence, divorce, separation, child custory, grief and loss, indentity issues, parent child relation problems, peer relation problems, depression, mood, anger management, impulse control, personal growth, self esteem, self harm, stress management, coaching, social skills, trauma including victim of crime, abuse, emotional abuse, physical abuse, sexual abuse, DCFS family services involvement, women's issues and much much more.
I provide a free consultation over the phone or in person. I utilize an integrative approach in treatment.
I can assist clients: through difficult life situations, improve relationships, change ways of thinking and acting, make positive changes, learn new problem solving skills, improve self esteem, process and move past trauma, release destructive patterns of behavior, see and build on strengths, learn to deal positively with anger, anxiety and stress, strengthen parenting skills to decrease power struggles and improve cooperation, improve communication skills and more.
