Whole Fitness Training offers in-home personal training at $30 hr. As a personal trainer, I will coach you and help you to obtain your goals. We help clients in weight loss, weight loss diet, cardiovascular improvement, muscular strength or toning up. These sessions consist of nutrition and physical activity. We will also have a lot of laughs along the way but the rewards are great. You will be feeling better in days and proud of what you accomplished.
