They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Neal was incredibly patient and helped me get through a tough time in my life where I really needed to talk out my feelings and sort my thoughts. His direction was incredibly beneficial, and definitely not too forceful.

This man is wonderful! He really helped me through a tough family crisis. I would highly recommend him to anyone (in fact, I have!). Very professional and knowledgeable.
