St Pete Urology specializes in minimally invasive urology, especially the treatment of kidney stones, uretero-pelvic junction obstruction, and urinary tract obstruction from cancer or BPH.
After seeing my good Dr. Christopher J. Shiepis for a year I go back to St. Pete Urology and the physician assistant Jessica Ray tells me that my Dr. is no longer there and that he was doing all of these things wrong and then asks me about my prescription at which time when I tell her she states “Your only 40 years old you cannot take 1ml a week of testosterone were cutting you in half” and I said isn’t that dangerous? Where’s the Dr.?” and she says she’ll talk to Dr. Politis and when she comes back she says everything is OK and gives me the prescription. I ask her if anything has changed and she says no its just the way its been. So I never get to see the Dr. at all, Go to the CVS and they cannot read the prescription but knowing them as long as I have they think it has been altered from my old regimen so I call St. Pete Urology and the nurse starts yelling at me and getting upset when I asked her about it (needless to say I guess I’m not the only person having issues) then she hangs up on me and will not pick up when I try to call back. So basically this Dr. did not see me at all he had his physician’s assistant messing with what my real Dr. originally prescribed me for a year and she’s making decisions all while she is unprofessionally talking bad about Dr. Shiepis who look him up has been an upstanding medical pro for over 8 years with nothing but great feedback from patients, and I am getting hung up on. Jessica calls me back that day and says the Dr. said I am to young for the dose I am on (No blood test) and that he’s cutting me down and when I try to ask why she hangs up on me. Unbelievable… (Real professional) They obviously did not look at my records that clearly state I have had several extreme surgeries metal plates and screws in both legs and 2 major spine surgeries and taking methadone which will drain every ounce of testosterone from your body and clearly why I was on the dose I was. If I could sum it up with one word it would be…. SCARY!
