As a San Diego Couples Counselor, I provide a comfortable, nonjudgmental place where we will discuss your goals and the obstacles that are getting in the way. Together we will develop a roadmap - exploring positive and effective ways to make your life and relationships happier.
My Message to you: Positive change is possible. For many of us the thought of reaching out to a San Diego marriage therapist/family counselor may raise feelings of insecurity. This is because most of us have been taught that seeking help is a sign of weakness. We take a sense of pride in handling things on our own, even when we don't feel equipped to do so. The truth is, reaching out for therapy is a courageous, proactive choice to take charge and improve your life.
As a San Diego Marriage Therapist my practice is open to people of diverse backgrounds and ages and addresses a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues. Couples counseling, premarital counseling and family therapy sessions are offered during morning, afternoon and evening appointments Monday-Saturday at reasonable rates serving the greater San Diego area including La Jolla, University City, Clairemont, Kearny Mesa, Mira Mesa, UTC, Sorrento Valley, Carmel Valley, Del Mar, Pacific Beach, Mission Valley, and Point Loma.
