To say my experience was a 1 star is an understatement. By all means if they do something wrong, they won't apologize they will act like it's your fault and then dismiss you and your pets from their care, just because their feeling got hurt. I called and left a message with the front desk regarding my dogs surgery and to this day have not received a call a message through the pet portal, NOTHING. I sent several messages through the pet portal without a response the only thing I got was a letter stating that I need to find another vet. No call from Dr. Tipton , nothing. They left sutures in my dog and they didn't let me know that the post op procedure were on of all places, the receipt. And that's fine had they told me that's where there were.
