I am a licensed clinical social worker and I provide psychotherapy to individuals and family therapy to families. I primarily work with teenagers (13-18) and adults who are struggling with issues related to trauma, depression, anxiety, domestic violence, eating disorders and substance abuse. My therapeutic philosophy is an eclectic and collaborative one that seeks to empower individuals and families so that they can improve their lives. In our work together I will use cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, interpersonal and systems theories to assist individuals and families with resolving the issues in their lives.
