In this busy world, one needs to slow down and take some time in reaching a peacefulness of mind before fully helping others. Yoga is the union of mind, breath, and body. Yoga teaches one to focus on the moment and listen to their own body. The long deep breaths along with the twists allows the release of any negative thoughts and unhealthy toxins that build up.
