Celeste Velasco has been in practice since 2004. I graduated from Fair Oaks Massage Institute completing certification and training for Certified Holistic Massage Practitioner. My training also includes Deep Tissue/Sports from the Healing Arts Institute. My practice is inside Overcome Fitness working on both inside club members and outside clientele. My approach to massage is Integrative utilizing several modalities from Swedish, Trigger Point, Lomi-Lomi, Deep Tissue/Sports and Shiatsu.

Services My approach to bodywork is focused on the needs of the clients utilizing a pressure that works for their comfort and results. I also do spa specials and chair massage. My massages have produced in clients a sense of relaxation, and release of pain or muscle tension .

There's been times where I've gotten a massage, and the whole massage was ruined because they had very calloused hands. I was so glad that I didn't have to worry about that here. They had very smooth hands, which made the whole massage even more enjoyable. My massage was very comfortable. They applied enough pressure so that it was effective but not painful. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They were able to customize my massage to make sure my injury wasn't aggravated, and even asked me before my massage if there was any injuries they should be aware of.
