Our clinic voluntarily has their hospital comprehensively evaluated by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). Only 14% of all small animal veterinary practices in the United States have achieved accreditation by the American Animal Hospital Association. Highland Animal Clinic has been a proud member of AAHA since 1994.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. One thing I really love about them is how easy it is to get an appointment. I never have to worry that they won't be able to see my pet right away. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
