I work with individuals, marriages and families. I have training in Trauma Focused CBT and worked in Sacramento County with their school-based program. I was also the clinical director for a residential treatment facility for teen boys.

I like working with people in transition. That is, young people striving to establish themselves as adults, or going through the changes in life, from having children, maintaining a marriage at midlife, or moving on after a big loss. I'm here to help.
