Kristen is passionate about teaching nutrition and empowering individuals to make positive changes in their lives. Nutrition can be a complicated subject, but making simple choices on a daily basis can make a big impact. Making choices intrinsically makes an even greater impact. That is why Kristen uses a coaching approach during many of her nutrition sessions to allow her clients to discover their motivation from within.

ServicesOne-on-one Nutrition Counseling for adults - in person or virtual telehealth
A nutrition counseling session is all about you. It begins with an assessment of your typical eating patterns, health history, and current goals. From there we will focus on the things that are most important to you and set realistic goals that will get you to where you want to be. If you choose to schedule a follow-up session we will talk about your successes, challenges, reassess your goals and keep you going in the right direction.
You would benefit from nutrition counseling if you... have been diagnosed with diabetes or prediabetes (prediabetes is also called borderline diabetes or impaired fasting glucose), have high cholesterol or high blood pressure, are thinking about or plan to have bariatric surgery, or would like to lose weight, have more energy and get your shape back.
