Dr. Taylor is awesome. I love that he doesn't push meds and keeps reminding me that to ultimate goal is to no longer need care... meds or therapy. But I'll still do therapy with him even if/when I don't need meds anymore. I think everyone can benefit from an objective opinion... especially from someone who knows stuff that you wouldn't usually tell your friends or family.

Dr. Taylor has such a warm, inviting personality, and his enthusiasm about therapy is infectious. His straightforward style is especially well suited to people who want a therapist who is engaged and is truly interested in treating your issue.

He has a way of helping you see beyond the immediate situation to understand your choices and find solutions that fit holistically. He is gentle but firm when sharing his remarkable insights, which is much appreciated when you're feeling exposed. When I leave his office, I feel inspired, clear headed, and relieved!

Dr. Taylor maintains a great balance of offering practical advise with tangible actions you can work on, while still digging deeper into any emotional or psychological issues that are holding you back.

In our fast-paced society today, many doctors just throw pills at the problem in hopes that will remedy the situation. Dr. Taylor’s approach is the exact opposite. Dr. Taylor believes in removing harmful drugs from your life. I was prescribed and was taking Ambien every day for 15 years. Since, starting therapy with Dr. Taylor, I haven’t had to take Ambien for over 1 1/2 years.

Dr. Taylor has helped me change my life. I enthusiastically recommend him without reservation or hesitation.
