Went to Ms. Taylor for treatment with neck pain and stress/relaxation. First visit was absolutely amazing. Then, she took it upon herself to work on other items despite my repeated requests (i.e.; smoking cessation, weight loss, etc.). After 3 - 4 additional visits of not having my concerns heard and her deciding what treatment was in my best interest (again...despite my repeated requests to the contrary), only to have her criticize my grammar/southern accent. I have not since insulted her establishment with my presence and would not refer anyone else either...there are much better acupuncture providers in the area with better customer service.
