The secretary for Dr. DAVID SZUSTER is, extremely rude and not very helpful. My doctor and I requested copy of my medical records 2 week's ago and the secretary NEVER requested it to the medical record department. Today 9-10-15 @ 10:30 am I called the office in Jackson Heights Queens and the secretary hung up the phone on me when I ask to speak to Dr. SZUSTER or a supervisor regarding this matter. She then continue telling me it takes one month to order medical records before hanging up . I then ask her if I can get the number or address so I can pick up my medical records myself she said no. I gave the office my updated phone number three times and she still had my old number and never even bother to update my new number. I then called back 20 times and she did not pick up nor answer my phone calls. I work in the medical field and will NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR OFFICE. She is the most unpleasant, rude person I have ever deal with and there's no other way to contact the Dr. himself so solve this issue. I need someone to please get back to resolve this matter.
