My approach is direct. I tell people what I think and challenge them to take responsibility for their own lives. I work with couples and adult individuals, the majority of whom are experiencing depression and/or anxiety. I received my Masters degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1985 and am a licensed social worker in Washington State. I draw from both clinical and personal experience in my work. My wife and I have been together over 30 years and we have a son who recently graduated from college, so I know first-hand what a bumpy and exhilarating ride life can be. I welcome your call.
