I had been to several neurologists in the past and no one could seem to figure out what my symptoms were due to - after being highly recommended by my friend, I visited Dr. Karnani who is an exceptional physician - her bedside manner, compassion for her patient, the amount of time she spends with patient, her ability to look for rare diagnosis which some of my other doctors in the past had dismissed - I cannot thank her enough for getting my treatment plan on the right path. Highly recommended.

I saw Dr. Karnani for a concussion and she was very dismissive of my attempts to describe all of my symptoms and very quickly explained things using medical jargon and was not helpful when I asked followup questions. In between my first appointment and my followup, I called her office because of severe pain that had increased, and she was very dismissive and then would not speak to me again except through her receptionist. At my followup visit, I asked if she could help me understand what caused that severe flareup of pain and she was very annoyed and again dismissive of my symptoms, telling me I should not be having any more problems at this point. She kept saying "I just told you!" whenever I asked questions to better understand what was happening to me from a medical perspective and she only responded with technical jargon, making no attempt to help me as a patient. Her receptionist was not friendly either. She seems insecure about having to answer any questions from her patients and wants to just give you a medication and usher you out. She was extremely rude and made me cry, which is not easy to do.
