About
I have worked in several settings addressing a range of issues, and it is always amazing to me to see how people overcome and accomplish so much. I enjoy working with children, adults, couples, and families, and it is important I create a therapeutic environment in which people can gain trust enough to move intrapsychic blocks and achieve emotional independence. Over the past two years, I have successfully utilized Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), CBT, and supportive therapy to address and reduce symptoms of trauma, bereavement, chaotic living environments, pain management, transitional issues, and general coping for persons of spanning in age. For couples therapy, I have utilized Imago Therapy to help couples understand root causes to their present issues, and, in addressing dual diagnoses, I have successfully worked with people in becoming sober and implementing healthier coping skills.
Currently, I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) allowing me to practice independently, and I am working toward an LCSW. Also, I am in the dissertation phase of the Clinical Doctorate of Social Work (DSW) program at the University of Pennsylvania.
I have a flexible schedule, and I can provide services on a sliding scale. I am currently credentialed with Cigna Behavioral Health, EAPrefer, and Mental Health Network, Inc. Outside of these providers, my fee is $60 per session. I hope to become credentialed on more networks over the next six months.

The goal of my practice is to strengthen individuals and create long-lasting positive effects in their lives. Thus, I attempt to meet people where theyre at and work with them at their own pace while providing encouragement to accomplish personalized goals.
