I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready. This was wonderful service and they were extremely polite on the phone as well.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome.
