The Oregon Ki Society, a non-profit service organization founded in 1974, teaches ongoing classes in Mind and Body Coordination and Kiatsu (Ki pressing) for maintenance and improvement of personal health.
Students learn the arts of relaxation and how to change their mind to a positive way. Ki breathing exercises and Ki meditations are taught for daily maintenance. Kiatsu is the art of putting living energy, called Ki, into a person who is suffering from stress, illness, or injury to stimulate the body's natural healing processes.
