Services Being a massage therapist is a mission and unlike a spa massage, I offer a personal therapeutic massage designed around your unique bodywork needs. My massage techniques are gentle yet effective and create a whole wellness including mind, body and spirit. I offer a wide variety of techniques including, craniosacral, Swedish, Structural Alignment therapy, Deep Tissue, Thai Yoga, Lymph Drainage, prenatal and more! Whether you are pregnant, have specific pain or just want to relax, my goal is to give you the treatment you need to feel your best. You never have to worry about allergies since I only use all natural Olive oil in my sessions. Aromatherapy and the use of Essential oils is also a great benefit to many of my clients. If you are looking for an atmosphere of healing look no further, let me be a part of your team and assist you on your journey to health and well being

I am very grateful for the help I have received from Jennifer Asay. She has helped me with neck and lower back problems. I recently experienced pain in my upper arm. Jennifer massaged my shoulder blade area and them pain was greatly lessened! ( I have seen a massage therapist who massaged my arm where the pain was and the massage felt good, but the pain remained the same.) Jenn went to the source of the pain and fixed me.
I had Jenn work on me to help with a hiatal hernia. The pain had been bothering me for several months. I laid on her table and she pressed my stomach back down where it belonged and the pain went away! (A doctor had told me it was heartburn or acid reflux, but thanks to Jenn don't need to take medication for it.
If anyone is looking for a well trained and well informed massage therapist, I highly recommend Jennifer Asay!

Jennifer went out of her way to make me feel special and respected, and she was very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I was in awe at the level of service I received. She completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. It was nice to hear how much the other therapists respected her. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
