I found this chiropractor on a Living Social promotion. From the 1st meeting I just felt awkward and uneasy. I have been to chiropractors before and the set up of the office was new as was the marketing approach. There are a series of small rooms that connect to other rooms. It was clear to me that Dr. Miller had attended training on ways to maximize his time and space and up sell his product. For appointments, I was always on time and usually waited at least 15 minutes to be seen. ONly 5 minutes for the adjustment. I asked the receptionist how appointments were booked because it seemed I could not count on when I would be seen. It made planning difficult. She assured me there were a limited number scheduled, but it sure seemed like there was never a conflict with getting you in and there may be up to 8 people waiting at a time. After the intiial waiting room, you went into another 3X8' space to wait some more. While you waited you could hear the other patients being treated, as they were right behind the door. Awkward. At other clinics, there was an assessment pre adjustment to indicate your level of pain and location. Not here. I found the Dr. to be non communicative and not very responsive to my verbal feedback. I argued with myself for a month about finding another chiropractor thinking I was being too judgemental or whatever. Today, I just found another dr.
