NEVER , I mean never use this person, Made pointment,called and verified,got there for a very tough appointment to get, and was told because I didn't confirm my appointment was cancelled. BULLSHIT. I even had the post it where I wrote down all the info. Later after checking with others, no one ever answers the phone, this guy has no permanent office in Show Low . Staff is a direct reflection of the Dr. and they SUCK!
