Their staff is very friendly and professional. I've been to some chiropractors that had really cold hands which made my adjustments very uncomfortable, but this one didn't. I was very relieved. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition.

I felt better than I have in years when I left my appointment with John Milone, D.C.. I never feel stiff at all. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They had quite a few interesting magazines.

Yes, it was downright irritating!

Yes, it was very serious so I never went back

Absolutely not! All my questions about my X-Rays were ignored

I waited forever for my appointment!

Definitely not! I was ignored when I asked for advice!
