Dr. Jody Knapp originally went to school for Medical Technology and received his BS degree in 1995. After two years of working in a hospital, he decided to go to Western States Chiropractic School in Portland, Oregon. Most people are unaware that chiropractic school mirrors medical school in the level of training and the intensity of the courses said Dr. Knapp. After four years of chiropractic ...school Dr. Knapp moved to Castleton, VT and then on Granville. Our office offers a wide array of supports, pillows, nutritional supplies, and pain/inflammation relieving lotions. We also offer massage therapy by Meredith Morse, LMT and CarolAnn Hawkins, LMT. Chiropractic treatments can be customized to offer low force manipulation for people of all ages, from young children to older patients. Chiropractic is a safe, non-invasive treatment for a variety of complaints that include neck pain, stiffness, sciatica, numbness, shoulder injuries, low back pain, headaches, stress relief, chest pain, etc. We also offer electrotherapy, stretching, muscle work and light traction therapy for patients who need these services. Granville Chiropractic is open in Granville 4 days per week, with our latest appointments at 5:00 PM on Tuesdays and Fridays. We participate with Medicare and perform the billing services for the patient, and accept almost all of the locally covered insurance plans. We our currently accepting new patients and in most cases the patient can be seen the same day. We are happy to work with your medical doctors and have good working relationships with the local clinics.
