I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I really didn't appreciate that they didn't keep me informed about anything, and I was especially upset that they didn't keep me in the loop about the status of my recovery. I had no idea where I was at in the recovery process or how soon I'd be fully recovered.
