The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed very current and safe. You could tell everything was well taken care of.
