They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

In addition to the mult. choice answers: He will spend extra time whenever necessary; nevertheless I have never waited more than 5 minutes or so to start my appt. I have seen chiropractors for almost 40 years, including my children and now grandchild. The vast majority were good to excellent, Dr. McN is as good as the best & surpasses some. Multiple choice answers:They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I was so happy with the care I got here that I have already told multiple people about it. They deserve all the recommendations in the world. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
