I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one, but that is okay with me. I don't like the pressure of offices calling until you make teh appointment. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a lovely staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
