Our office is one of the largest and most modern facilities in Orange County. We have the latest is treatment modalities, including the New Proadjuster Vision, which allows us to treat a wide variety of problems including TMJ, migraine headache, shoulder, knee, neck, back and wrist problems, with safe, low force computerized adjusting methods. We also offer traditional chiropractic adjustments. We utilize spinal disc decompression devices, activator and laser. We also have other advanced treatment modalities so that we can offer our patients the best possible recovery in the shortest amount of time.

We have certified massage therapist and we offer our patients safe and effective weight loss programs to help them achieve optimum health as well as detoxification programs.

We have effective treatment protocols for difficult to treat conditions including fibromyalgia and peripheral neuropathy, chronic neck and lower back pain, sciaitica and disc related issues.

We treat all ages from infants to the elderly who we are able to treat with safe, low force methods that are safe for patients with osteoporosis and other conditions that require gentle care.

I saw Dr Noel on the recommendation of my orthopedic physician. He had been treating me with steroids and epidural injections and I was not getting better. My surgeon told me he had referred Dr. Noel patients in the past and that they were happy with their results. I was nervous on my first visit but Dr Noel's staff was so friendly and helpful and they made me feel very comfortable. Dr Noel placed me on a program of spinal disc decompression and I had great results. I can not recommend him and his staff highly enough.

I had never been to a chiropractor before and I was somewhat afraid and nervous because I did not know what to expect. My friend at my office insisted I see Dr Noel because he had helped her and she was very happy with his treatment. I can't tell you how glad I am that I went to see him. After one treatment my pain was 50% better and after two weeks I felt great. I had delt with my neck pain for two years with physical therapy and pain medications and accupuncture and nothing helped. I regret I did not see Dr Noel sooner. His staff is great too, very helpful, concerned and considerate.
