I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make.

It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all (just look for the big CHIROPRACTOR sign). Dr. Mead talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
