I was very impressed after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting Wayne Smith, D.C.. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. I was in awe at the level of service I received when I visited Wayne Smith, D.C.. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

Travelling a lot as a long haul truck driver, I have been to a lot of chiropractors across the USA, for maintenence adjustments on my neck and for an occasional correction of my spine. I really appreciate all Chiropractors for all that they do, but I consider Dr. Smith to be quite extraordinary, so I am taking time to submit this review (I just hope my review doesn't cause a stampede to his office to where I cannot get in when I need to. I can actually go to Dr. Smith and keep totally mum about where it hurts; he will gently feel down my spine and then he will lay his finger on the muscles that are tweaked with pain. He explains a lot to me about what is going on with my bones. My first visit to Dr. Smith was over my neck being out due to an on the job injury. I was suffering "Get me the gun" pain severity. Dr. Smith put my neck back into place and warned me that I would need to come back in a couple days for another adjustment and then periodic adjustments to keep everything in place until it stablized. I was a scoffer and a doubter back then, so I just went back to the job and really didn't think I would be back as everything seemed okay to me when I left his office. Sure enough, 2 days later I was back for relief due to pain. So after a few more visits I again went against his advice and stopped coming in. It wasn't long before the pain forced me back to his office, but by now Workers Comp had discontinued my claim. Dr. Smith and his office helped me get the claim re-opened, and this time I did sincerely promise to follow all of his orders, and I did. We began with adjustments about every 3 days and tapered off finally to one per month; it was a total of perhaps 15 visits to get my neck stabilized. As long as I came in when he told me to then my recovery went exactly as he had predicted. So he fixed my neck and the claim was closed and I am still doing well some 10 years later. He knew I would be seeing a lot of different Chiropractors as a long haul driver (to get my monthly adjustments), so he gave me his business card with notes on it as to which of my vertebrae should be adjusted and every Chiropractor I went to around the country was always very appreciative to have that info as a reference. Dr. Smith learned his craft at the best Chiropractic College in the US, and so no doubt this explains a lot of his talent, but I sense that he has a passion for Chiropractic, and he seems to have some kind of extra sense or perception or talent that I can't explain, but I know he is extraordinary. I give him my highest recommendation.
