They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
