I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. They do not arrange for too many appointments that they cannot handle. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I recommend them to my friends and acquaintances.
