They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. I was in awe at the level of service I received when I visited Joe Johnson, D.C.. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
