Dr. Lesin and his staff were absolutely wonderful. It was my first visit to this office and I was in and out with full X-rays and an adjustment within an hour. Dr. Lesin really know his stuff, I can’t wait to go back and visit!

The doctor was ok, but the office staff was rude. I stood at the front desk for several minutes until someone rudely told me to sign in and they would be with me. Then they wanted me to acknowledge a privacy notice and wasn't able to actually produce one. They pushed me into paying a much bigger payment than I knew I would need to. The office manager was very pushy wanting $75, even though I told her it would be much less. My co-insurance was less than $20 and I am still fighting them for a full refund of the difference. The office manager made it clear to me that she didn't want to issue me a refund and that she hoped my portion would be at least $70 - but she couldn't explain why it mattered to her how much I paid when I have excellent insurance coverage. They shortchanged me a few pennies, but after 6 months are still unwilling to refund the amount they shortchanged me. There was no reason for them to shortchange me as the refund came in a check but they did! Just a very petty thing from some very rude office staff. I gave two stars as the doctor was personable.
